Your responsibility

Compliance with medical council rules (e.g. NMC / state medical councils), prescription and record-keeping norms, drug regulations (e.g. CDSCO, Schedule H/H1), and data protection (e.g. Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023) is the responsibility of the clinic and the prescribing doctor. Use of this product does not by itself ensure compliance with any particular standard or law.
Standards to consider
Clinics and doctors should follow applicable laws and guidelines, including those issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC), state medical councils, CDSCO and state drug controllers for prescription and dispensation, and the DPDP Act and other rules for handling patient data.
